Description

  1. Eliminates the need for the screw.
  2. Adds a custom fitted switch.
  3. Adds a rigid connection for a plug in the back to hide the wires

I have added an insertable peg leg to the base to make the connection to the bottom of the print chamber a LOT more rigid. It's a tight fit. Press the peg into the bottom of the base. Then align the angle and fit the leg where it should fit snugly.

With the leg inserted into the base of the Bento and the original shipping recess in the bottom of the print chamber, it feels like the thing is screwed in.

I have also made an exact fit for a switch and a rigid lock for a barrel connector in the back to be plugged into the back of the chamber.

This is the barrel connector and port I used. They feel very well made. and fit very tightly.

Like the idea and it generally seems fine, but the long leg of the L-groove in the bottom is a little too short for my X1 - Carbon. I'm going to try lengthening the groove and see if the peg fits the hole.

I actually shortened the L - recess to fit my P1S. So I'm not sure how that works out. The model is editable. Let me know if you would like me to change it.
