I. Model Overview
Contains 4 test schemes, using 2×2×180mm columns as carriers, to verify core performances such as printing accuracy, motion fluidity, and bed adhesion.
II. Printing Parameters
- Single column: filament 0.88g, 1 column; software estimated 49 minutes
- Simple: filament 1.69g, 2 columns; software estimated 1 hour 2 minutes
- Medium: filament 1.69g, 2 columns; software estimated 1 hour 6 minutes
- Difficult: filament 1.69g, 2 columns; software estimated 1 hour 10 minutes
Note: No time-lapse, estimated ½. Actual time consumed may vary slightly due to equipment status and ambient temperature.
III. Test Objectives
- Single column: Column verticality, filament extrusion stability (anti-spaghetti), bed adhesion
- Simple: Stringing defects, bed adhesion
- Medium: Stringing, bed adhesion, small-scale Y-axis fluidity
- Difficult: Stringing, bed adhesion, large-scale Y-axis motion stability
