Description
Bicycle Cell phone holder remix.
Son needed a phone holder for his security job mountain bike so he downloaded this and had me print it out. First one didn't grip the thicker GPS unit it was neede for so I made the holders a little taller. The nut for the socket didn't have enough threads to engage fully so I made the nut taller. Then it broke (PLA) so I printed the next one in PAHT-CF. That one broke when the bike fell over, so I strengthened the handlebar brackets and added gussets. Made a few other tweaks to reduce supports and change from fillets to chamfers where needed to reduce overhang issues.

The nut doesn't go over the ball end shaft. Don't feel comfortable without an arm to hold the phone at bottom from sliding out.

Ahh dang, I haven’t printed one since adding the flange to that piece to test it. I’ll have to change that.
