Description

RHINO  SENTINEL                                                                                                                                                                                                                         This is a deliberately simplified, production-oriented sculpt designed to translate cleanly from digital form to physical print. The model focuses on proportion, mass distribution, and surface continuity rather than exaggerated detail, ensuring consistent results across a wide range of FDM printers and materials.

The geometry is fully closed, single-body, and free of fragile features. Curvature is controlled to avoid unnecessary overhangs, making the model inherently support-free when printed in its default orientation. The result is a reliable print with predictable surface quality, particularly well suited to PLA on Bambu Lab printers.

Technical Highlights

Single solid mesh, no assemblies

Support-free geometry under standard FDM constraints

Even wall transitions for uniform extrusion

Stable footprint with low center of gravity

Optimized for clean layer stacking and surface finish
