Description
This is the magic piston. It works by using two magnets which are either a 8x3 or 6x3 set with the same pole facing each other, so instead of attracting, they push away. That resistance keeps the piston from going down easily, making it feel like it’s floating or pushing back when you press on it. Assembly for the magic piston is very simple. Just make sure both magnet are facing the same pole so they repel. If you want the button to pop up higher I would recommend to use 8x3 magnets. For easier sliding you can sand down the bottom edge of the piston.
