Description

Bambu Labs 4-in-1 popular hub is a great junction for all filament feeds. It has a unique mounting point which I have fitted to my Mount. Great care has been taken to ensure the angles are correct so there is little to no deflection of the filament through the pathway as it enters the Printer.

It is an easy install which allows you to remove the top coupling. Two m3x16 screws attach the Mounting to the Back panel and one M4x12 to fit the 4-in-1. Ensure your PTFE are cut square and fresh for the installation to avoid any catching points.

** This tool will come in handy for working with the PTFE.

These printed well in abs. Great fit as well. The only thing I would change is adding a radius to the little wings that help push the filament release. I added supports for them but with a radius that wouldn't be needed. I would also like the wings to be bigger. I have old broken hands with nerve issues and that would help others as well. Bambu releasing this splitter and showing fitment for the machines is kind of BS. Your bracket design is brilliant and fits great. 100% would recommend. Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback and rating. The initial release tool had smaller wings that were difficult, this version was grown about 3mm. I'll take that on and play around with that pressure point again, I've been tinkering with another idea but its not working the way I want as yet. Yes I agree, the hub is a great item and it does feel a little rushed as far as the mounting and the release mechanism are concerned. The placement was not ideal so through a dozen or so iterations the angles and depth were fine tuned to what you see here. PS. love the doggo, I have two jacks that keep me active.

Yeah Rocky was an amazing part of our family. We made sure we took great care of him and showed him love 100% of the time. He paid us back 10x over. We hope that everyone is able to have that kind of unconditional in their life.

The extruder fixing screws are used to anchor it, but one of them would be too long. The M4 screw is better if it has a flat head.

Thats looks a bit wild, if it works it works :) Never considered the extruder screws, if I added more bulk to the mount it'd probably work though the threads are short. Thanks for the comment and rating :)

looks like I didn’t print it off the app so it won’t let me rate the design. this is a quality model that printed beautifully

That’s cool, I’ll take it was rated 👍Thanks for leaving feedback, it’s way more important than the rating itself.
