works like it should, question does it sit loose on the screen or suppose to snap on sort of?

it sits a little bit loose so it dont scratch or compromise the screen film protector as experienced with others screen covers. (the screen is delivered with two layers of film protector, the first one supposed to be removed) thank you for your review!
