Created a new BIQU H2 4010 fan design with better airflow:

This is a remix - made a few quality of life improvements

• Added clip in for bottom of fan to slide into (original model had 4 fan holes)
• Cut out support arm to allow fan wire to run underneath
• Other minor adjustments
