Description

UPDATE 6/28/2024 - Upgraded to the V2 design of the scraper allowing it to be printed without supports and angled blade.

Larger version of my first scraper, made to hold 2 blades instead of 1 to cover more surface area. (Perfect for cleaning up flow calibration lines)

M3 and M3 insert versions have been provided

NOTICE

Note when fitting blades side by side, some of the blades from factory may have a slight nub that was not properly trimmed out, you will want to use a knife or clipper to trim this off so that the blades can sit side by side.

The PLA seems a bit soft to be taking the screws in and out. How much bigger would the holes on the scraper side need to be to accommodate a heat set nut on the handle? That way I could print it once and it would be durable. Sorry I am no good at modifying files or even know what I need, I barely smart enough to ask stupid question> :-). Thank you.

Quick solution that you could use in the slicer is to add a negative cylinder that is the size of your heatset insert, that should allow it to fit in without needing to use a CAD program to enlarge the holes.

PLA - M3 Screws
easy print works great. Be warned there are several version of plastic blade scrapes some of slightly different holes that don't align exactly.
