Description
Want to iron your prints but cant get the settings right? Print this simple ironing test and figure out the best settings for you!
The test model is designed to test various part geometries. Note that you should do this test for all of your different filaments, the right settings for one filament might not work for another.
The provided 3mf file tests the following settings:
- Concentric ironing, from 10% to 40% ironing flow in increments of 10%
- Linear ironing, from 10% to 40% ironing flow in increments of 10%
- No ironing (control)
- All other ironing settings are set to standard
On the back of each sample is a number combination. The first number indicated ironing pattern (1 for concentric, 2 for linear), and the second number indicates the flow (1 for 10%, 2 for 20%, etc.). 0 is the no ironing control sample.
