📦 Hardware Required

To assemble the vise, you will need:

  • 7 × M5 Ruthex threaded inserts
  • 7 × M5 × 15 mm screws
  • 4 × M4 × 7 mm screws

These components ensure strong threaded connections and smooth, durable adjustment.

  • Material: PLA+, PETG, or ABS for best strength
  • Infill: 30–50%
  • Supports: Only where needed depending on orientation

🛠️ Assembly

Insert the Ruthex M5 inserts into the designated holes, attach the moving jaws and adjustment components with the M5×15 screws, and finalize the angle mechanism using the M4×7 screws. Once assembled, the vise is ready for immediate use.
