Description

NCC-1701 Enterprise from the original TV show in 1:1000 scale, colored with 4 different colors, had some warping of the saucer, you might want to look at the print settings and adjust according to your machine and what works for you. It didn't fail on the bed, it pulled the plate up with it. Personally I'm just going to fill and paint match, not worth reprinting.

Please note that the STL files are in 1:2000 scale, so they will need to be scaled up to match the 1:1000 scale in the 3MF file

any way to get these into separate parts? I had a bed adhesion issue and only want to re-print the part that failed.

Right mouse click the combined object, then in the popup menu select Split>To objects. Switch the Process slider from Global to Objects, and you will see the separated parts. Uncheck the ones you don't want to print. You will have to repaint the colors into the parts though.

As the designer mentioned was possible, I had issues with warping of the two saucer halves. When gluing them together, there was a fairly large gap at the front of the saucer assembly. Maybe a brim would have helped, or printing one at a time. Otherwise, it's a nice model.
