I made those LED light tubes for myself as one of my many DIY projects because I like to making and building things, they are not the prettiest because they have batteries inside and I can't find a better diffusor (bigger diameter) so it is what it is, fitting everything inside is not most pleasant thing to do, but it can be done as I do it twice :) In the future, I'm planning to make LED tubes without batteries so they will be smaller, lighter, and prettier. LED tubes can be powered by batteries but they can be powered from the mains through a USB C port too. “Programming” is not hard, you need only to go to the https://install.wled.me/ and install software to the esp8266, and after that set basic settings like the number of LEDs and pads inside the app ( all that you can find on the internet…)
