Description

This model is a connector that connects the Apple Vision Pro's solo knit band to the dual loop band.

A band that runs across the center of the head effectively distributes the weight of the Vision Pro.

I also considered a model that connects the battery to the back of the head, but after actually using it, it did not provide a very good experience, so I excluded it from uploading this model.

I recommend printing parts connected to the Vision Pro body in ABS.
When printing and manufacturing with PLA, it is expected that the heat generated from the main body will bend the PLA.

Please recommend and comment on this model.
I'm looking forward to seeing different mixing models made.

curious how that part can grab Vision Pro securely

It snaps in very securely using PAHT-CF

Replying to @twack3r :
I looked at the top part of Vision Pro and looks like the structure can’t get hooked on. does this part grab it by sheer lateral force?

it uses both lateral force as well as a small ridge. if you inspect the AVP exhaust vent in detail, you can see that there is a small recess where the metal frame ends, around 6.9mm from the surface. That’s where it hooks into

Thank you so much for this! Would it be possible to design a back piece that would allow you to use dual solo knit bands? Something that would allow the top band to attach the the back/bottom of the regular solo knit band

Cool design! I think the attaching hole could be a little looser. I printed with tight calibration but still had to deburr quite a bit.

wondering what is the "battery to the back of the head" experience like? I am considering it...
