i designed this wall mount hinge for a wooden safety door, to secure the hands of my todlers from my oven.
you can adjust the radius yourself with a picture of the part from the top view.
Using fusion 360 allows to insert a picture and calibrate it, so you can draw the geometry directly on the guiding line of your part.
i held a white paper sheet behind for better contrast.
i used 3 countersunk screws per hinge + 2 straight screws to adjust the holes in the wood to the printed hinge.
you also need 2 round bolts diameter 10mm and 60mm long.
i used a 10 mm drill to make the holes in all parts round and smooth.
with a drop of oil everything works smoothly
