I know you could get all kinds of requests for different size magnets, but I'd like to request a variant that would accept 12mm x 3mm magnets, commonly available as Ace Hardware stores in the US. I tried remixing the base in TinkerCAD to make the modification myself, but some details were lost like the arrow on top of the unit. Thanks for considering this. FYI, the magnet that's inside the GraviTrax Magnetic Cannon is 10mm x 4mm. I removed one of these magnets and tested it with your design, and it works despite being 1mm thinner. So for anyone willing to sacrifice their GraviTrax Magnetic Cannons to use your resettable design instead...they can pry off the bottom green piece of the GraviTrax Magnetic Cannon, remove the magnet, and transfer over for use in your Gauss Cannon. Also FYI, there are those of us who have a number of GraviTrax sets, and therefore have excess GraviTrax launch pads. Each of these has a 5.4mm x 16.8mm OD spring inside of it. These work without modification in your Gauss Cannon. Just disassemble the GraviTrax launch pad and harvest the spring. You'll need to use 2 launch pads to get the 2 springs needed for this cannon. Instead of the 6 mm balls, I designed a spring-end plunger that can be 3D-printed. It is essentially a 6mm diameter sphere printed on top of a 4mm cylindrical pillar. The cylinder fits inside the GraviTrax launch pad springs I mentioned above. I tested it out, and they work fine. I will post these to a remix of your design.

In US, Airsoft pellets(also called BB pellets) are 6mm in diameter, seems similar to 6mm balls he is using in the video.

Thanks, great design. I used Airsoft pellets(also called BB pellets) as 6mm balls.

I saw there are two knobs in the video but it doesn't appear in the 3mf file. Where can I get this model?

Oh I see. I might see it from others video and they are two printed components instead of metal balls.
