Description
His floppy, short arms may seem innocent, but they are the result of years of hard training in gentle pulling. His fighting style is legendary
When he's not pulling pacifiers (or small towels) towards himself with the gravitas of a black hole, he spends his time making a statement with his light blue gill spikes: "Yes, I'm blue. And yes, I'm happy. And no, I'm not in a hurry."
He is the only Pokémon that can win a battle by simply waiting until the opponent falls asleep.
His motto: "Stress? Never heard of it. I'm an amphibian. I'm happy enough if I don't dry out.
