Description
Introducing a filament spool stand designed specifically for heavy 3 kg spools 💪🧵, while remaining fully compatible with smaller rolls (1 kg, 0.75 kg, 0.5 kg, etc.). The maximum recommended spool width is 105 mm (standard version) and 125 mm (extended version) 📏. The structure uses two rollers mounted on four standard 608 bearings (two bearings per axle).
The recommended bearings are 608 type with dimensions: 22 mm (outer diameter), 8 mm (inner diameter), 7 mm (thickness) – e.g.:

Thanks to the bearing-supported rollers, the spool rotates extremely smoothly, quietly, and without resistance 🔄🤫, ensuring consistent filament feeding even with large and heavy spools 🧶➡️🖨️.
The model also includes a pass-through channel for a Bowden/PTFE tube 🧪, allowing clean and stable external filament routing into your 3D printer 🧭.
The structure is rigid, durable, and prints 100% support-free 🧱✨. The version shown in the photos was printed using Bambu Lab White Matte PLA 🤍, but you can use any material you prefer 🎨🔥.
