I really like the idea from geeklimit, but I was not able to finish the project in europe. Looking for cheap pipe with ca D=25mm I found grey drain pipe DN25. They are up to 2,5mm long, but I think it will hang bent. On my 160mm wide window it works over 2 weeks with no issue.

How do you build it? well, use the original model from geeklimit. Original model parts which are not needed are marked with orange cross. Consider the middle piece too -not needed for single piece blinds. New parts are marked with red circle.

1. Print my parts 1x
2. Cut the pipe according to your window (use original model instructions)
3. Screw the blue piece on the bearing
4. Measure where the new black piece on the motor end will take place
5. Insert the motor with black piece screwed on
6. Secure it with countersunk screw
7. make a pocket for the weight on the end of fabric
8. Insert the weight. I have used the Aluminium profile from OBI. https://www.obi.sk/rury/rurka-s-kruhovym-prierezom-10-mm-x-10-mm-x-2000-mm-strieborna-eloxovana/p/5246582 The weight must be longer than the PVC tube to have proper stop on the top end.
9. Use the double-sided tape to fix the cut fabric
10. Mount the motor assembly and secure it with screws, as it was in the original model
