Small size is 120mm tall
Medium size is 140mm tall
Large size is 180mm tall
I believe medium size is the best choice.
Print instructions
Since this is a very simple design, these settings are more than enough:

Support : NO
Bottom solid layers: 3

I printed Medium but it was not big enough to fit my cables. Would definitly go for the biggest version.
