I changed the opening and the circle shape, so this stand / station will work with the basic lelit mara X portafilter, which comes with the machine.

I've used eSUN PLA-CF (black) for this print - 0.4 nozzle, 0.16 layerhight, 15% gyroid infill, 3 walls, no supports - works quite well for me. If your portafilter tends to get hotter before preping / tamping the coffee, it could be advised to use a filament with better temp resistance (PLA+, PETG, ASA, etc)
