Minecraft Lantern

Hello everyone :-)

This is my first work that I am publishing on this platform. All printed parts were created in Shapr3D. I made sure that everything fits together well and does not require tinkering 

It was printed exclusively in PLA. I printed the chain in PLA Silk, but I would not recommend it. Since the chain is printed in one piece and requires supports, it was relatively difficult to remove everything cleanly because PLA Silk flows too much. However, it will work wonderfully with PLA Basic. And honestly, who doesn't enjoy removing support material :-). 

Assembly information:

I melted 4xM3 brass inserts into the main body and screwed it to the lid. This is clearly visible in the photos.

The chain holder is simply glued to the roof. I used UHU All-Purpose Adhesive for this.

I also glued the link clasp with the bolts together with the chain. It holds rock solid.

I wish you much fun printing and assembling! I would be very grateful for your feedback, both positive and negative!! Because only then can I improve myself in the topic of 3D printing :-)
