file was good I had a little problem getting it to lock in I’ll have to scale it a little thinner on the width to get it to work !

Thanks for the feedback. I'll upload a V2 implementing your change as well as adding more index slots-- on both faces, FOR ease of use. Check back in 12 hours. :)

I like the design and am sure it will work perfectly but was thinking it might be better to have this design in 2 parts. Part 1 would have the core that the Inland cardboard would fit on and only be as tall as the cardboard itself (have notches in the top of it for part 2 to connect into. Part 2 would have the honeybcomb spacing needed to keep the Inland PLA from getting stuck on the sides from my observation that's about 4 mm difference from the cardboard to the Bambu Spool. It could have the notch ends to fit it into the first part that would lock everything into place. Was thinking that a 2 part system might allow for better storage when not in use and maybe one part or the other could be used in a design for something else. Thoughts on that?

I think you have a very good point, but for better or worse- to be competitive on makerworld, files should be 1 print and done if possible. You are very welcome to use the split tool in bambu studio to cut the model up as you described-- and then help yourself to uploading a remix!

Came out fitting quite right. I proceeded to melt it though.... no fault of the design. I will print more of these when i get my printer working again.
