This is an experimental propeller design for 5 inch quadcopters. I have successfully tested it, printed from PETG, but would not recommend it as replacement for regular propellers. These are a lot louder, more fragile and more inefficient than normal propellers, but you can print them :)
Use enough perimeters to make the model solid. The hole is 5.2mm, which should fit well on 5mm diameter motor axles.
Support is not necessary, if your printer can handle the overhang.
Consider adding a brim, if the ends of the blades detach themselves.
I recommend a filament like PETG or ABS which are not as brittle as PLA.
Be careful with this, since 3d printed propellers can violently explode.
