Description

This handlebar stand will allow you to work on your bike in upside down position. It lifts the bars by 63mm off the ground, keeps your bike secure and prevents you from damaging all kinds of mounts on your handlebars, like phone mount or Garmin mount.

Catch hole is 37mm in diameter, making it compatible with handlebars of all sizes, from thin bars of road bikes to 35mm bars used in downhill bikes. It is also possible to put your grips inside the stand.

You will need to print two copies, one for each side of your handlebars. Additionally, it is also possible to attach non-slip pads if your floor is slippery.

How to print

Print with 4-6 perimeters to make the stand sturdy. PLA is the best choice as it is one of the strongest filaments on the market. There's a big bridging area, make sure you can print long bridges without issues or add supports underneath. Prefer bright filament colour to see the stands easier when working on your bike.

If you want to attach non-slip pads, sand the bottom surface of stand's feet and clean it before applying the pads.

awesome idea! I always have to look for a 2x4 or move to the grass. I might try and remix with some sort of clamping mechanism to hold it on the handlebars. that way when the bike is flipped there's less messing around with alignment. thanks!
