came out great, no supports or anything needed although I did change the orientation of the cover for that.

Thanks for the feedback! The cover should be able to print without support even in the default orientation. The printer should be able to bridge the small gaps easily and they are hidden once assembled. I place it in this orientation to have the same surface finish on the cover and the main part to better hide/blend the cover when a hat isn't on the rack, but it isn't necessary. Glad you liked it!
