Description

A stackable drawer system, gridfinity style.

Currently, there are 11 drawers in 2 heights, the tall one has an external height of 101mm, and the short one has an external height of 53mm.

 

Each variant has 3 options for internal drawers with different wall and bottom thicknesses. You can save material and time by printing thin drawers. However, I recommend printing the largest drawer with 2 mm walls and bottom, especially if it is to hold something heavy.

 

Internal drawer capacity:

Drawers with a 2mm bottom have an internal height of 83.5mm and 35.5mm for the low one. There is an option with a 1mm thick bottom, which is 84.5mm and 36.5mm.

 

Drawer width inside (with 2mm walls): the narrowest 1 gridfinity is 25.3mm. Each subsequent one is 42mm wider.

With 1mm walls, each one is 2mm wider.

 

Drawer depth:

Currently, there are 3 depths: x5, x4, x3.

5 has 199.9 mm inside with 2 mm walls, 1 mm more with 1 mm walls.

4 has 157.9 mm inside with 2 mm walls, 1 mm more with 1 mm walls.

3 has an internal depth of 115.9 mm with a 2 mm wall, 1 mm more with a 1 mm wall.

 

 

Each drawer consists of:

Bottom

Top

Drawer in 3 options

Mounting clips and clips limiting the total extension of the drawer.

Assembly:

If you want to use drawer extension limiters, it is best to place them on top before installing the clip that holds the top to the walls.

Installing the clips is simple: place them in the middle and press evenly on the corners so that the clip plate bends slightly.
