Description

A simple accessory is used to replace the original handle, folding the support bar allows the glass door to be opened at a specific angle(about 18 degree), which helps to promote heat dissipation when printing materials such as PLA.

It has a resilient structure, which allows it to snap naturally onto the door frame while giving the glass door some space to move around preventing damage and breaking due to accidental impact.

There are two versions of this model, one is printed in one piece with hinge, no extra parts needed.

If you think the printed hinge isn't tight enough, another version uses two M3x10 countersunk screws for the hinge, which adds some damping when rotating.

Both versions are provided in two-colour with Logo and one-colour profiles, no support needed. Plus the files include some spacers that can be installed if you feel there is a gap in the spindle. The one-piece printed version can be broken off to install the spacer.

Printed mine out of 95A TPU because why not. Nice and springy, holds great! eSun PLA Metallic silver printed fast for the handle matches the finish of the printer pretty nicely.

I love your work! May I suggest concentric radii for the spring though? It'll print much faster and stronger, with all the lines being contiguous.
