Modification for quite good and cheap 4k monitor, which unfortunately comes without any vesa mount
4 screws for VESA 75x75
2 screws for VESA 100x100
To install it first you need to detach rear panel with stand from the rest of the monitor, then unscrew the stand with metal plates held by 6 screws. Assemble the 3d printed internal part with metal plates and screw it back on. After that close the rear panel and then attach the external 3d printed part with 2 washers and nuts (recommended to use locktite)
Other parts you need:
6x M5 8mm bolts
6x M5 low height nuts
3x M6 washer 12mm outer diameter
2x M6 40mm (total lenght) flat head bolts
2x M6 low height nuts
1x M6 55mm bolt
1x M6 locknut
