This is a simple lock solution for the Garmin Zumo XT. Of course, it only protects against accidental theft when passing by. But it protects pretty good against unintentional unlocking.

In the version 6 there are 4 different keys: 6A, 6B, 6C and 6D. Printing a spare key is highly recommended.

Components:

6 build plates with:

• Lock Base (2), red (1), black (1)
• Key (4)
• Pin (4)

Printing instructions:

• PETG with max 5 mm3/s volume speed. A slow speed is important to get the necessary Z-axis layer stability and higher quality
• Print without support
• Print by object
• Test stability of all lock components after printing, respectively before use
