This it includes a Mainboard Adapter, a USB to RS232 adapter housing, and stock K1 mainboard fan adapter.

Firstly, thank you to the D3vil Design Team, and Bootycalljones for all of the amazing work with all of the K1/Max mods. They are fixing Creality's messes with innovative and easy modifications and upgrades that are well thought out. This mod was the most neccessary IMO because it opens up the ability to use high voltage stepper drivers and other great peripherals. But best of all is the ability to run regular plain ol Klipper! I have wire management left to do, but I'm extremely pleased with this upgrade.
