Thumb Adatper
1. The thumb adapter is a special tool and is designed to be used ONLY with the bucket. Prepare the following parts before assembling.
2. Assemble the left and right blades. Insert the thumb adapter pin (yellow) and thumb adapter cylinder rod (silver) to join the left and right parts.
3. Assemble the Thumb adapter coupler as shown, using two screws to hold the parts in place.
Install the thumb cylinder head bracket on one side of the stick and use a screw to hold it in place.
Install the thumb cylinder head bracket on the other side with the thumb cylinder head (black) in between.
Insert the thumb cylinder rod(silver) into the thumb cylinder head(black). Then attach the thumb adapter and coupler to the stick using the long tool pin printed with the thumb adapter.
Insert the idler pin and idler pin caps.
Install the bucket on the bottom of the thumb adapter coupler.
Similar to the real machine, the thumb adapter's maximum opening angle is limited by the thumb cylinder.
