Description

Our house came with metal shelves in our closet, much like these:

We didn't want the holes, so we went out and bought these wood shelves from Home Depot.

These brackets secure the two together, preventing the wood shelves from sliding around. I used these wood screws from Home Depot:

I used one bracket in each corner. You could probably get away with two, one in each opposite corner. Also, we do have the 72 in long shelf, and it doesn't seem like one is needed in the middle. MAKE SURE to pre-drill your screw holes.
