Description

his is a digital 3D printable model of an Anatomically Correct Human Skull based on a scan.
This accurate skull replica is a perfect Halloween decoration, or simply a wall decoration/shelf display, cosplay prop, headphone holder…

The download contains pieces of the model ready to be 3D printed on a 200 mm print bed and also files that are not cut into smaller pieces. All cut parts are placed on the print bed as we would print them to save you time. The individual pieces need to be glued together.

Check out our amazing realistic animal skull collection!

SIZE
At 100% scale, the model’s dimensions are approximately:
Width 95 mm
Length 160 mm
Height 170 mm
You can scale the model as you wish but we can’t guarantee that at a much smaller size, the model will print well.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS
We recommend printing the skull on an SLA 3D printer to preserve as many of the details as possible, but it performs well on FDM as well!
We recommend using these settings on FDM:
– Layer height 0.1 mm
– Infill 15%
– Supports 45°

For parts that are tall but have a small base, we use a 10 mm brim for better bed adhesion.
Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.

Do you like the model and don’t have a 3D printer? There are lots of people who offer 3D printing services these days. Try searching for someone who offers them in your area.

This fan-made model was brought to life by 3Demon. We are a group of modeling and 3D printing enthusiasts based in Prague, Czech Republic. We’ve been making 3D printable models for more than a decade. We make a lot of cosplay accessories but we also make all sorts of interesting 3D models. Came out good I reckon. Used eSun Bone pla+. I printed on a textured plate which I regret. Made the skull cap fitment gap a little wider than I'd like but not so much that I'd re-do a 24 hour print. I'll know for next time. Thanks for the free model mate.

I'm not sure if I just didnt set something right, but, when I printed this at a 50% size I got pins that wouldn't fit in hole and a large gap between skull and skull cap. The model is great though. Very lovely. The skull is high quality and looks amazing. I used eSun PLA+ in Cold White for the teeth and Bone White for everything else.

although is nice to connect the parts. there are some anatomical issues (eg. there is no optic canal.. )

overall a good print but the pins do not fit. I drilled the holes slightly larger to get them to work.
