Description

You may need to adjust your flow rate I have mine sent to 1.10 just depends on your printer and make sure you have arachne turned on for wall generator that way you don't have any pin holes showing throw the front of your sign.

I added a negative cube part to the frame, and have it sized to 5x5x10mm for the light strips I use but you can resize it to whatever size you need and move it to anywhere you would like for the wires to come out at that way it's completely customizable for the person printing it.

I have included two different size rings for the bolt one is a really tight fit and the other slide right on but will need a small dab of glue to hold it in place.

I've also been thinking about making 4 small 2mm holes around the rim of the frame and on the logo part to put magnets in where you can take the logos off and on to change them out with others if you wanted to and could also use a battery power led light so there are no wires showing. Let me know if this is something you would like or not.

02/27/24 update - uploaded the files for a 2 pin inserts for the logo so you can change the logo out with other logos that I will make in the future or your own.

Awesome design. This frame is amazing for round boxes. Maximizes size, while minimizing the mount size. Any round plate or coaster can now be made into a single or dbl sided lightbox with ease. I upped the size of plate for a tighter fit as the lights I use bled through. Tightening the gap and fixed it. 3rd pic show the size I used. The plates in the pic are just taped on until I decide on mounting. Used an one meter 4000K neutral white cob light with inline dimmer. $5 on Temu. Good Job!!

Thank you very much for the kind words. I also unloaded a new frame last night that has a hole on top and bottom with 2 pins to hold the logo inserts in place so you don't have to glue them and can take them off at any time to change them out if you wanted to. I didn't think about light bleeding through thank you for that feedback if anyone else has a problem with it I will update that part.

But if you search for them...they then seem to pop up on sale shortly after.

Like the design!! How do you get the wire past the hinge that is screwed into wall or whatever? I saw the void for the led strip through the frame, is there a void through the hinge so the led plug goes out the back of the hinge? The magent idea would be a great idea too. Maybe have one frame with magnets and one without. Same with the plates. Just my 2 cents.

I didn't design it to go through the hinge I was using a negative part on the side of the frame to run the wires through out of the bottom left corner. That way people could move it around to wherever they would like and size it to fit their wires. I'm almost done with the new design of the frame it's going to have 2 pins that you can remove to change out the logo to whatever you like or get to the batteries if you use those type of lights and the pins are 3D printed also so you don't have to buy anything besides the light for the sign, I should have it posted by tomorrow hopefully.

I like the design. I can't seem to find the setting you mentioned for the pin holes but the logos printed really well with minimal spots. I did have a huge issue with the supports on the bottom side and the clean up left an undesired finish. It didn't matter much because the logo covers it but it was quite a pain. The finished product is awesome and I'm gifting to a Harley riding friend of mine.
