Mount your pinewood derby car on a vertical surface with either the drilled or wheel hook mount.

No supports are required for the print. Both use #6 or #8 screws with various head styles.

Drilled Mount

The top of the model has two flat surfaces: one that is aligned to the armature and a second that is at 30*. If you align the latter surface on the top of the model (when viewed on the wall) with the horizon and the armature perpendicular to the car, it will be displayed 30* pitched down, rolled left, and yawed counter-clockwise (as shown in the photos). You can rotate the mount and car to your liking. Use a screw (or two) to affix the car to the mount.

Wheel Hook Mount

This has the same orientation as the drilled mount but requires the car to be angled down and the nose to be supported. The intent of this mount is to not modify the car and instead allow for easy removal. Beware that it does put force on the rear right wheel so consider this if you need to preserve the wheel geometry as perfectly as possible.
