Here is the beer mortar for 0.5l beer bottles

UPDATE 20.11.2025: Steinie bottle opener now available in the print profile! Cheers! (PS: more openers will follow gradually)

Since there is no model for 0.5l, I designed a mortar from scratch and tried to improve existing issues

There are countless beer bottle shapes and sizes

Unfortunately, there is no “all-rounder” ..

therefore the current version is only functional for beer bottles with a size of 260mm! (e.g. Tyskie)

But don't worry: more variants will follow! - The print profile also includes a suitable adapter for 0.33l German and Dutch beer bottles

Important: When uploading further variants, I will specify the bottle length; then the respective lever that should be used must be selected

If something does not work, let me know

The opener (lever):

Update 17.11.2025: Lever without spring published as print profile. An M6 x 16 screw with nut is required

Further information in the print profile

Variant with spring: A spring is needed here: - the inner diameter should be approximately 5.5mm, the block length (compressed) should be a maximum of 4.5mm with 0.6mm wire thickness) - I used a tension spring and adapted it

The feet and the “Bier Bouncer” (collection area): should be printed in TPU to cushion the impact somewhat

It cannot be prevented that beer will be spilled - physics is our common enemy :D

However, I have added a drain so that beer can run off better

Also required:

4x M3 x16    (external hexagon, internal hexagon, or slot) e.g. M3 - 5x16

1x M3 x20    (external hexagon, internal hexagon, or slot) e.g. M3 - 5x120

10x washer for M3 (minimum diameter 6.6mm

5x M3 nut - preferably wing nut! (the adjustable joints should be tightened well so that they do not easily adjust themselves!)

1x M6 x10 (DIN 933 galvanized hex head screw)

possibly drill bits: - max 2.55mm for all joints …. - max 5.3mm for M6 screw

possibly some glue for one side of the legs, the respective opposite side should remain movable to adapt to all angles and surfaces

More pictures & info, as well as a variant for all A1 mini users, will follow

Cheers and have fun!
