This set of organizers is meant for the original Big Boi Box for the Binding of Isaac: Four Souls. There is enough room under the organizers for all your cards. The original dividers provided with the game are too tall for this, though.
The card holders should be interchangeable, along with the three separate boxes, with the large box. If you want the card holders on the opposite side, you will need to rotate everything.
