Description

A simple TRAVEL pill box that fits in your pocket, purse, etc. You can also use it for regular pill storage.

VERSION 2 UPDATE (APRIL 2024)

V2 CHANGELOG

  • Created a new “Snap Together” design. It should work much better over the original version.
  • v2 design now loads pills from the side (v1 was from the top)
  • Added a finger inset making it easy to rotate to each pill day.
  • Added a sliding lock door to prevent the rotation and possibility of pills falling out in your pocket or elsewhere.
  • Days of the week are now shown on the bottom due to side rotation design.
  • Added Multiple Languages (dm me if you have a request)

Assembly

  • On a hard flat surface, using your hands, please press down hard the top model into the base model.

Recommended Print Settings

  • 100% Infill
  • .4 nozzle
  • .2mm MAX layer height.
  • Add tree support (to support finger inset)

Depending on your filament, please supply adequate cooling for smooth print surfaces. Nozzle thickness and layer height also greatly improves the smoothness of spinning.

Supports, 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill (Bottom), 100% infill (Lid)
work well although you have to unscrew the screw in order to move the top part and get the meds. with thinner walls it could be a bit smaller or hold more meds

I think you rated the wrong model and profile. This model doesn't have any screws and doesn't look anything like your picture.

sorry. you are right. I also printed this model but was impossible to snap in both sides and I ended breaking the parts.

No worries! Just figured it was worth mentioning so the right prints get the right reviews! And yeah, I also found similar with this model. This profile I uploaded does a bit better than the original (adding supports and a bit more strength to the clips), but only so much can be done without modifying the model itself. Looks like you found a much better variant overall in the end, though! (and I found a similar one that also seems to work better than this model)

Definitely needs supports, but the profile lacks them. I'm slightly concerned that while it appears to work for now, that the middle part is significantly weaker as a result and will likely fail after some use. I'm going to retry with added supports and will upload that as a profile if it works alright.

Yeah, uploaded a profile with supports enabled on the bottom part. Also set the infill on the top part to 100% as the clips kept breaking off.

Center hole nearly collapsed. Was also very hard to put the lid on due to the filament obstructing the hole.

Printed well, printed in PLA, the opening for the lid connector was a little tight, connector broke during install.
