[BETA]Bite Snipers— A Modular Desktop Battle Car Integrating the Classic "Storm Wheel"

Creative Story: To the Little Car in Our Memories

The soul of this project stems from two precious memories:

One is from the screen, the legendary robot "Bite Force" from BattleBots, which taught me the charm of modular design and efficient structures
The other is the "Sniper Armor" car that we once loved so much. Especially its iconic "Storm Wheel" – with a press of a finger, the car would zoom out

Core Gameplay: Classic Reproduction, Desktop Sniping

· Two-player showdown: Each player takes a car and places it on the desktop
· Classic launch: Rotate the car to the desired direction, press the "Storm Wheel" at the back with your finger, and launch the car—that familiar feeling instantly returns!
· One collision to win: There's only one goal—knock your opponent off the table! The rules are simple, but every launch is full of strategy and variables

Design Soul: A Fusion of Classic and Modern

1. "Storm Wheel" Launch System (A tribute to the classic):
  · This was the core fun of my childhood "Sniper Armor". The independent "Storm Wheel" has a smaller diameter and longer length, ensuring it doesn't touch the ground, and is specifically designed for launching
  · Its principle doesn't rely on friction, but rather on pressing the wheel with a finger, directly and efficiently transferring kinetic energy to the car body through a smooth shaft, achieving precise launches. The wheels can be printed with the same PETG or PLA material as the car body for an excellent feel
2. Interchangeable Tactical Module System (Inspired by "Bite Force"):

The front of the car can be freely equipped with three different tactical components, allowing you to adjust your strategy like a legendary robot at any time:

  · Control Scoop: The front features a "triangle mouth" that can effectively push and control enemies, even having the chance to flip opponents in corners!
  · Standard Fork: A classic attack and defense tool
  · Attack Cube: An immovable cube. Although it's a defensive weak point, when you scoop up an opponent, it can deliver a stable "finishing blow"!

3. Personalized Expansion Space:
The vertical hole in the center of the car body can accommodate shaft segments identical to the axle for various decorations. (My dad said it looks like a cockroach with the front fork installed, so... you know? Future updates might include new configurations)

Printing and Assembly Guide (Must Read!)

I successfully printed and tested it entirely using PETG. PLA should also be strong enough at the same thickness in theory

· Axle Printing and Handling (Key to success):
 · The axle requires supports for printing
 · Before assembly, all supports must be absolutely clean! Any residue will lead to installation failure
 · Due to printing characteristics, the ends of the axle will be slightly thicker than the middle, requiring patience
· Safe Assembly Tips (Preventing part damage):
 · The axle tolerance is very tight to ensure it doesn't loosen under intense impacts during battle
 · Recommended assembly method: Carefully pinch the center section of the axle, place one end against the tabletop, align the other end with the car body's hole, then slowly "push" the car body onto it
 · Do not press both ends of the axle directly with your fingers, as this can easily bend the slender axle!
 · Stay tuned: I'm currently designing a specialized "axle press tool" which will be updated later to make assembly easier

Boost Me (for free)

To fine-tune the tolerances, I printed five or six plates on both the P2S and A1. I hope for some support to recover costs. If I get enough boosts, I might even sell PLA

If you were once a "Sniper Armor" player, or are fascinated by the passion of robot combat, then this little car is for you! Download it, print it, and let's recreate that initial excitement and joy together on the desktop!
