There are 2 version of hook attachments for the muscle rack that you could purchase at your local hardware store.
The one with 3 nubs is made for a 20mm diameter rod
The 2 nubs hook is stand alone unit.
Use PetG at 20% infill, wall 3, adjust settings to your liking and how strong you need
