Description
Parametric Plywood Enclosure (Fusion 360 Project)
This is a fully parametric plywood enclosure created in Autodesk Fusion 360, designed for easy customization and digital fabrication. The model uses user-defined parameters, allowing you to quickly adjust key dimensions such as:
- material thickness
- overall width, height, and depth
- joint clearance/tolerance
- tab and slot dimensions
When you modify a parameter, the entire model updates automatically, ensuring all parts stay consistent.
After customizing the enclosure, you can export the flat patterns as DXF files directly from Fusion 360. These DXF files are ready for CNC milling, laser cutting, or any other process that requires 2D outlines.
This setup makes it easy to adapt the enclosure to various materials, sizes, or design needs while keeping the workflow simple and efficient.
