This is a 3D-printable motor pulley to replace the stock one on a Dreaming Robots Electric Eel Wheel Nano. It'll work with either the v1.0 or v1.1 motor, and you may need a drop of CA glue to secure it to the motor shaft.

Support Infill Percentage: 20
Extra Inflation Distance: 1.6mm
Support Base Layers: 1 (doesn't matter)
Combine Support Every: 2 layers
Max Overhang Angle: 55°
Horizontal Offset: 0.55mm
Upper Vertical Separation Layers: 1 (or 0.1mm)
Lower Vertical Separation Layers: 2 (or 0.2mm)
Dense Support Layers: 5
Dense Infill Percentage: 90
Support Infill Angles: 0
Post-Printing
Afte printing, remove supports with pliers. You should be able to grab the supports sticking out the side and pull them out. Go around the pulley with a sharp tool to scrape out any remnants inside the groove.
