The Grinch in the Christmas ornament
A small attempt to make the Christmas season a little cheekier 😄
I manually colored it there, which was a lot of fun – but honestly: this multicolor print is currently still quite a mess 😅
It's (still) not for everyday use, but it shows what's already possible with systems like the Bambu Lab H2D – and what the upcoming H2C will probably be able to do even better.
The print took 12 hours and 5 minutes, PLA with a 0.2 mm layer height,
printed via the AMS with manually assigned colors.
Of course, others do it more professionally – but I put in a lot of effort,
and if it brings a smile to someone's face in the end, then it was worth it 💚
If you prefer a classic approach, you can also print it in a single color and then hand-paint it – that works just as well!

- PLA, 0.2 mm layer
- Print time: 12 h 5 min
- Multicolor via AMS (manually assigned)
I hope it brings a bit of Christmas joy to someone –
or at least a mischievous grin 😉
