Description

本测试会自动生成一个回抽测试塔。回抽塔不同的高度在打印时使用不同的回抽距离,每隔一定高度会有一个小突起用以区分。
打印完成后,我们可以仔细观察打印结果来确定最佳的回抽距离。最佳回抽距离通常是产生最少拉丝的那一层对应的回抽距离。如果有多层的拉丝一样干净,则选择回抽最短的那一层。从下面一层往上数,选择对应那一层就是N*0.1mm。例如:第4层没有拉丝,侧回抽填写0.4mm

 

This test will automatically generate a rebound test tower. The different heights of the suction tower use different suction distances during printing, and there is a small protrusion every certain height to distinguish them.

After printing, we can carefully observe the printing results to determine the optimal extraction distance. The optimal withdrawal distance is usually the withdrawal distance corresponding to the layer that produces the least amount of wire drawing. If there are multiple layers of wire drawing that are as clean as before, choose the layer with the shortest backdrawing. Count up from the bottom layer and select the corresponding layer, which is N * 0.1mm. For example, if there is no wire drawing on the fourth layer, fill in 0.4mm for side withdrawal
