Description

This model is a drop in replacement for the 2x 4010 blower fans that are standard on a mini stealthburner toolhead. No screws or other mounting is needed. Internal geometry is designed to guide airflow directly to the part cooling ducts.

This model was designed around specifically the Mini Stealth - Mini Sherpa by atrushing over on teamfdm. This will likely fit into many toolheads which require dual 4010 blowers, but may not have ideal geometry for airflow on other models. Please note that the model does NOT have the same dimensions are a standard 4010 blower, it is designed slightly shorter to have a flush fit with the back of the Mini Stealth. Keep this in mind if using with other models. The Y splitter will likely not work on other models, so you will need to source/design one.

Print one Left and one Right and drop into the 4010 fan mounts. The Y splitter should clip into the hole at the top where a blower would normally go. The fan drop ins can be printed without supports if you have good overhangs and acceptable bridging. Print orientation is with the CPAP opening and screw mounts facing UP, as seen in the third image. The Y clip will likely need supports and to mess with the angle based on how well your printer does overhangs. I may upload another version of the splitter which mounts via m3 screws instead in the future so it's easier to print.

Outer diameter is 15mm to accept 15mm inner diameter CPAP tubing. The small sections between the splitter and adapters could possibly be printed in a soft TPU tube with a 15mm inner diameter, but this is not ideal for heated enclosures due to it's low glass transition temp and heat deflection. I may upload a simple tube to be printed with TPU for this purpose, but keep the heat in mind.
