**You need a metal sheet of 50mm*2.5mm**

and glue it to provide magnetism for the charging base.

About the power cord! You need to enlarge the hole in the board or polish the data cable connector shell.

About stability! slight shaking is not a problem.

I think this is the best design for the controller so far. But it should be a bit flatter in terms of the angle. I've had the problem a few times that the controller has fallen down when you touch it lightly. I would adjust it myself, but i don't know how.

Yes, that was exactly the problem. I was doing something else on the pegboard and lightly touched the controller. If the angle was just a little bit bigger, it would hold much better. I played around with different angles and a slight adjustment makes a big difference. Certainly not wrong for a controller in this price range.
