Safety Whistle Public Domain - Small (Penne style)

* 11/6/25: Update: Instead of including the original file in the .stl Single Whistle file I changed it out for the current 125% file, also added print setting recs.
- Reduce the currently uploaded model to 75% to see the original size, it was tiny, but worked suprisingly well!

I created a from scratch a compact, powerful safety whistle designed to be freely shared with anyone who needs one, no questions asked.

Whether you’re boating, hiking, camping, running, training scouts, or standing up for your safety and your voice, this whistle is meant to be there when you need it most.

This design is public domain and can be printed, shared, or remixed freely. The goal is simple:

Get a whistle into the hands of anyone who might need one — anywhere, for any reason.

If you’re part of a community, organization, or cause that distributes safety tools, feel free to print and share these in bulk. They’ve already reached thousands of people and continue to spread thanks to makers like you.

Recommendations/Tips 

• 0.4mm nozzle
• Arachne Walls
• no lower than .24 mm Layer Height is reccomended for Speed and Strength (the faster we get these out the more people we help) Note it will work but will take longer to print, please do at your own risk.
• For the Centauri Carbons I reccomend using the Side B - 5 star side of the plate vs the 3 star
• For all Bambu lab Printers the supertack has been very reliable. (You do need to bend it backward from all angles first, and the forward to release. I use a bag that fits over the build plate to catch them all so they don't go flying)
