Description
Here is a maple leaf coaster complete with a 3D printed and laser cut wood insert to display them nicely.
The file is setup to cut on 3mm plywood but it also includes alternative base insert for 3.6mm and 6mm which require wider slots.
Simply insert the base panel into the 3D printed base, or double it up and stick together.

This is important if you're not using Bambu Plywood which is 3mm.
Then in Bambu Suite in the object toggle the visibility of the 3mm Base Panel off and either the 3.6mm or 6mm one on.
Now you can cut the base panel.
Load the matching print profile for your material thickness and print the Base For Wooden Insert on plate 5.
Pop the wooden panel in with a dab of super glue.
Cut 6 mats they fit onto 1 piece of 300mmx300mm plywood (Just!)
Do not forget to seal them with some wax or varnish.
