This can hold roles with an inner diameter of 25mm and a maximum outer diameter of 40mm. The maximum width is 20mm. The model can be easily adapted to different role sizes by changing the corresponding parameters in the OpenSCAD source file. The second version uses a cut razor blade glued into to cut the tape.

Due to the simplicity of the design the precise printer configuration is likely not very important. No supports are needed. I printed with PETG and 0.2mm layer height.
